A home like House W may seem like a dream come true, but there’s much more than meets the eye. The unique location of the property, which is backed by a hillside, results in low temperatures that are less than desirable. It took researches six months to create a flow of energy that suited the home. This includes carefully placed windows that boast the flow of natural sunlight, as well as a central atrium and exterior walls surrounded by insulated panels. All of these elements combine to form a home that is as comfortable as it is stylish.
